Step into a whimsical world of imagination and courage this winter at the Gr. K-3 Winter Production as we proudly present “Lions,” a delightful musical adaptation of Polly Dunbar’s enchanting tale, “A Lion is a Lion,” written by Alex Wierzbicki. Set to take the stage on Monday, December 15, 2025, at 3:00 p.m., this production is a charming encounter with a larger-than-life guest that promises to capture hearts both young and old.
What happens when a lion skips down the street, wearing a hat, and finds his way into the homes and hearts of a family of unsuspecting children? Join us for a delightful afternoon filled with playful storytelling, where colourful characters come alive and important lessons on bravery are learnt in the most entertaining fashion. The children must face an interesting dilemma as lunch turns into an extravagant feast, filled with laughter and suspense, as the lion showcases his flair for the dramatic whisk with a suspiciously sharp grin.
Don’t miss the chance to watch our young performers shine. Gather your family and delight in an afternoon where courage conquers curiosity, bringing smiles and inspiration to everyone in attendance.
