Ridley Theatre Presents: Gregor Grows Wings (From Kafka’s Metamorphosis)
It is the early 1900s, and Gregor Samsa works hard to support his family. That is, until he wakes up one morning and discovers that he is … a bug. In a playful retelling of Kafka’s surrealist text, Gregor Grows Wings asks what happens when we come to recognize that we are not alone and how we can matter in different ways than we expect.
